What i didn't have for breakfast

Cooking is always fun, even though there are these evil little things called "dishes" after it. INVENTING your own recipes is definitely fun. Ever tried marshmellow egg? It tastes pretty good. What about putting mustard in meatloaf instead of ketchup? To me it tastes better with mustard! now, this may all have your tummy growling, maybe. maybe not. Hey, if you think this is weird, you should see what my siblings have tried. How does a  cheese, mayo, and peanut butter sandwich sound?... I didn't think you'd like it. So, cooking, is something i do everyday. I guess you could call it a hobby.  A couple of my favorite things to cook are home-made lasagna and home-made chili. If anybody would like, i can post some recipes i have, especially for my chili.

1. How to boil an egg

First thing, if your out camping, and your bored, DO NOT try and boil an egg on an open fire. If you know how to do it, go ahead, but if you don't know how, you most probably won't be happy with the turnout. Now, if you DO want to, and don't know how to, watch this video before attempting too.

Oh, and if your egg somehow doesn't cook, and kind of cracks, and starts cooking in the ashes, it's still edible. believe me, i know. It's kind of weird because guess what it tastes like? normal scrambled egg.

Building Bigger...uh...(B word here)

Ok, Let's start with the first, most fun building items....(to me)

1. Lego's

Lego's are are all around fun. You can build anything you want with them. For example, things i have created out of them would be stuff such as vehicle's, houses, scenario's, animals, and even stop motion animations. To be even better, different people have decided to start making their own "lego's" , (made from the same thing, ABS plastic) also known as Custom lego's, or Moc's, and they sell them online for a decent price. You'll find a couple of these such sites as links in the bottom of the post. I have purchased from them and i'm quite pleased.

2. HeroScape

Another favorite of mine, is called HeroScape, a board game in which you build the battle field out of different kinds of hex tiles and then battle on it, like this:

This is a really fun game to play, but it takes more time to put together then actually play. Different kinds of characters include army soldiers, knights, mythological creatures, infected zombies, cyborgs, and more.

A jumble of fingers, or How to (Start to) learn piano In two days

Well, maybe not really two days. We got a keyboard for christmas, and i finally opened it up and started fooling with it. But in the last few weeks, i've learned to play a number of songs on the piano (keyboard), including;

• Jingle Bells
• Home on the Range
• Oh! Susanna
• The Entertainer (Ice Cream Truck Song)
• The Saints Go Marching In
• Super Mario Theme

And i am working on a few others, including a few Zelda Songs and Random others. Some of them are easier then others, but they sound right, oddly enough. I haven't learned how to read notes fluently, but i know what some of them are. It seems to me, piano is the easiest instrument to learn, but i could be wrong. it also may seem easy, but learning the flow and timing of the music is a little more tricky. I would recommend the piano as an easy to learn instrument, and fun to play too. :[)
